A formalin-fixed adult cadaveric brain was dissected to show each step in PQD. Using 3D preoperative planning software, we reconstructed 3D models from computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, and visualized operative views. Intraoperative photographs were taken from the case of a 7-year-old girl with temporo-parieto-occipital epilepsy. A formalin-fixed adult cadaveric brain was dissected to show each step in PQD.
